Great work environment - Real Estate Appraiser Velox Valuations Employee Review

Remote work, great company culture, good benefits, flexible schedule, autonomy, GREAT monthly bonus plan, management/leadership is: competent, ethical, supportive, loyal, honest, generous, fair, friendly and is always looking out for their appraisers. Don't let the base salary fool you, this has been a 6-figure job for me every year! With their monthly bonus plan, your income is limited only by your own productivity. Velox deserves more than 5 stars!

I can't think of any cons.

Some of the leadership was good.

You do ALL the work for the percentage that you get. Managers have been out of the field too long, if they were even in the field. Appraisal support is limited at best.
