Pros

The company operates in a space where there could be lots of innovation to help dealers make more money Pay is market based and fair

Cons

The company lacks differentiated solutions. Managers lacked training and leadership skills. The company doesn’t have any meaningful relationships with with most of the OEM‘s except for Nissan The vibe is very much we’ve got about 3 to 6 months left before this thing could implode (that’s my opinion not a statement of fact)

Cons

Growth. There isn’t any. This is a fly by your seat company and things change on a daily basis because there is not enough employees and you just get tasked with more job duties. No one takes much accountability and expects the lower level employees to figure most of it out. You end up doing more than your job entails to take care of a customer. They do not value your time or effort so no need to out perform or try to prove your worth as it doesn’t matter.
