I’m literally crying as I write this. This is not the company that I joined 5 years ago. That company cared about its employees. Now, Veeva is trying to get rid of employees to maintain the big boys’ bottom line, but they don’t want anyone to know that the company is having trouble, The solution? Fabricate reasons to get rid of people and toss them out on the street little severance. But hey, Peter says we aren’t having lay offs, so it must be my imagination. Would it hurt you to admit that RIFs are going on and let the victims leave with a little dignity? Shame on you, Veeva, and the manager tools doing your dirty work. What a sad state of affairs for a once great company.
