Pros
Company is doing well. Good job security if you don't mind never getting promoted. You can work from anywhere.
Cons
Stay away from this place if you want to retain your dignity and your sanity. Employees are chronically overworked, plagued by "seagull management," and subject to the tempestuous moods of the incredibly rude CEO. Want career growth? Too bad. Performance reviews are seemingly arbitrary. Employees are verbally given shifting criteria for promotion with no consistent KPIs to work towards and zero documentation. Goalposts move constantly. Last but not least.... there are many things that I could say about how this company and its leadership approach diversity & inclusion, but one look at the "leadership" page on the company website should tell you all you need to know.
