Pros
The only pro is the fact that insurance begins on your first day of employment.
Cons
Where to begin this scathing indictment? Upper "management" is full of duplicitous, clueless sycophants who lack any convictions but their very own self-preservation & self-promotion. No one has your back or best interests at heart. Training is laughable. All you hear about is the opportunity the company offers but the political games of playing favorites, sycophancy, flattery, & cronyism amount to a fractious organization. The concept of a meritocracy is conspicuously absent. It's akin to a fiefdom. A "big fish in a small pond" mentality runs amuck. Charlatans fill upper "management" in the Alpharetta, Georgia office. Quite frankly, it's nothing but a Mickey Mouse operation, once Russia-based but now headquartered in Switzerland. The expression "they couldn't organize a shag in a whorehouse" is apt. So is "train wreck" & "the blind leading the blind".
