Excellent Support/Collaboration - Marketing Strategist Vectra Digital Employee Review

I am grateful for my time at Vectra. I joined the team during a challenging period in my personal life, and being part of this team was a positive experience. They welcomed me warmly, and the work environment was genuinely supportive during that time. I learned a lot, and for that, I am thankful.

I personally did not encounter a workload that was too much for me to handle. However, I can understand why some colleagues might feel overwhelmed at times, as work can come in bursts.

Everyone will be open to help you learn. You feel supported to make sure you have the resources to do your job.

Its a small business, so the benefit plans arent that great. We do have a good health insurance plan you can opt-in for after three months but that's it.
