      Management is a joke. No one will actually make a decision about ANYTHING. You have meetings just so you can schedule a meeting to discuss something. They claim they want everyone's input but do not listen to what you have to say unless you're in their clique. I was mislead as to what the job would entail; had 2 separate interviews to discuss and, when I started, not only had they changed the job description, but the job title as well. They just want a warm body to fill the seats. High turnover.

      -Good community -No firm sales goals -Referrals bring extra pay -Benefits start immediately -Plenty of time for training

      Cons

      -Pay is low -No compensation for commute -Punished for using sick days -Some benefits plans suck -Diversity committee entirely for show
