Pros
- friendly colleagues - family feeling rather than "just another resource" - the company has a great culture of sharing information with everyone (every employee has access to any training/information they would like to learn) - employees are not required to work any overtime - very relaxed environment - very good work/life balance with flexible working hours (including working from home)
Cons
- Benefits are quite bad - as in nothing much - Any significant benefit (like health insurance) becomes active after a long period (3 years after your probation period) - the company underpays and relies on a annual bonus to make the salary look larger than it is - however, bonus is not guaranteed or known much in advance, which leaves the employees relying on the base salary
