Great benefits package, great work environment, endless opportunities to learn. The close-knit personality of the company makes it feel more like a family to the employee.
Cons
The company is in a rapid growth stage, requiring employees that are dedicated to productivity and learning. This is only a con for people who don't enjoy that type of setting. For those that are driven to be part of a company's growth, it's an exciting ride!
