Pros
Highly selective in hiring and therefore you'll work with some of the smartest people in the industry. Great name for your resume and truly interesting and intellectually challenging work. Tremendous learning experience, good benefits and salary, as well as very nice office.
Cons
Work / life balance can be quite tough at times with very long hours but should be expected in the industry. Very tight knit on the associate / VP level but can be political at times. Again, this should be expected in the industry.
