Pros

1. Skilled technical team with sound knowledge in their stream. 2. Friendly environment among teams 3. Only good thing is they will take you for vacation once in a year.

Cons

1. Pathetic work timings 2. No guidance, you are on your own for everything. 3. Asking for leave is like you are going for month long vacation. 4. Mangament system is pathetic 5. Please consider to replace the HR 6. Please have some health policies with atleast some insurance for employees. 7. Please respect the knowledge of every person not only the architect who doesn't even know how to use the mobile device. 8. Most of the weekends(atleast thrice in a month) it will be working . No comp offs even.

Pros

I was working here as a FTE in the backend for more than a year, I am going to list a few things that I felt has been the key boosters for this company. 1. This is the place where you are always encouraged to take intelligent risks and the CTO and the CEO would support you no matter what. One can directly communicate with them with their fair share of ideas. 2. If you want to work here you need to be technically sound and get your basics right. 3.If you feel there is a feature that you can optimise more through backend, you would always be given the freedom to do so. 4. One can always go talk to the HR on their personal or professional matter, she will not only be open and honest about it but also be constructive and give a solution on the same. 5. There is a certain sense of job security that you get when you work here because you know the CEO is very passionate and caring about the product and the employees respectively.

Pros

1. Work location is good. 2. Team members are helpful and friendly. 3. Home food is available in office. 4. Technical teams can enhance their skills the CEO supports that.

Cons

1. The architect don't take the responsibility to do the changes he feels everything needs be handled on device, It's better for the product if the app is light weighted. 2. The office hours can be revised. Start the day early and end the day early. 3. Documentation should be maintained. 4. No comp off for the employees if they work during the weekends.
