Pros

The cons far outweigh the pros!

Cons

This company produces boat seats and boat seat covers by employing poor people and paying them poverty wages. They take unfair advantage of hardworking Hispanic, poor people yet they boast of Amish craftsmanship. The company is operated by two men in their 70s and family members where all benefits and advantages only go to family members and those who are buddy buddy with the owners. If you care anything about what happens to others, I would go elsewhere for your boat seat needs. The company claims to follow the Bible. Matthew 25:40 40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. If you have ambition and goals for your life and career, don't bother applying to this company. Everything worthwhile goes to family members. You can give them the absolute best of something they have never had and while they will acknowledge it and praise you for it, here talk is cheap. You will get nothing else. Veada loves to pigeon hole people into jobs with absolutely no future. They only invest in education and training for family members. The company is owned and operated by two poorly educated men in their 70s. Both have old, outdated ideas on how the company should operate. The environment is extremely rigid. There is barely enough time to eat lunch. New Paris is located in the middle of nowhere so grabbing something decent to eat is impossible. Lastly, you will have religion, Veada philosophy, and the owner's pet projects rammed down your throat. Although it is a small family owned company, they could care less about you as a human being unless you are a close friend of the owners. They have no idea how to treat people, so turnover is high. The pay is far below market rate.
