Sometimes there is a delay in making a positive decision especially when it deals with pay rise or additional bonus or some kind of money related issue.
Pay is good. The VP (Jim Smith) is awesome! They will try to keep you happy and satisfied.

The benefits specially Insurance and yearly holidays need to greatly improved. Need more communication between management and resource even after the resource has been placed at client location.
