Very very poor salary structure. They have something known as retention bonus whereby a certain amount is deducted from your salary and you are supposed to receive that if you complete 1 year. Even after a year, they dont return the retention bonus. According to them, It takes more than 6 months to process. And if you leave by mid year, the retention bonus is lost. They dont have a proper documentation and a salary structure for their employees. Office space is acutely small, not to mention they did try to turn a old house into an office, completely unnecessary to say that it was in the residential area and that the local residents doubting any new build up office at a house informed the police. If you are a part of office politics and can show that you have a lot of work, even though you are busy romancing around and polluting the environment, you will be entertained. Whereas those who actually work are never paid heed to. The CEO feels that the building of the software is not that important as long as money comes in. In other words, all he cares about is the money and not the employees. After going through all the above sentences, its pretty clear that the organization has no management or HRs. So dont ever think of receiving salary before 15th of any month.
