Pros
What I like most about Vault: - The founders. Not only are they really clever, but it's refreshing to work under strong leaders. - I get exposed to some of the toughest business challenges everyday with the opportunity to tackle them head on - Every Vaultie (Vault employee) is super personable and always brings something to the table - Hubweek!!! (Company offsite twice a year) - Their social planning committee MOFASA (Ministry of Fun and Social Affairs) always comes up with loads of fun in-person and virtual events - Working remotely - 100% a big green tick for me! - I'm given a lot of autonomy to just get on with my work
Cons
With growth comes growing pains. I sometimes found it difficult to keep up with how fast Vault was growing and putting scalable processes in place to help facilitate that growth. Working in a start-up will generally keep you on your toes as the environment around you is constantly changing. Embracing the pace of change can be challenging at times.
