Co-workers and some supervisors are great people to work with.

1.) Compensation is abysmal 2.) No flexibility given to encourage a healthy work-life balance. 3.) Incompetent leadership that leaves the administrative team constantly understaffed. 4.) No opportunities for growth, or developing transferrable skills.

Current ED is great. doing awesome job. care a lot about staff's experience and feedback. creating positive changes in the organization. willing to support. Have lovely coworkers
