I have loved having the opportunity to meet with students and see the learning take place. It has renewed my love for teaching.

I would love to have the opportunity to have small group sessions with 2 to 3 students. I think students have a lot of valuable insight to be shared.

You can pick your hours and work at your own pace. You can also work from home and tutor online.

You don't really get the sense of co-workers because you don't interact with fellow tutors. Also, you might never meet you boss.
