Pros

Smart people that took pride in their work, cool product market, structured responsibilities and internal processes.

Cons

Candidates, weigh your situational pros and cons. Can be a stable, paycheck job, but my take and experiences - Culture: 1. People would know an answer, yet tell you to ask the official "owner" of the item or task. Felt as if they didn't have time for you. Added unnecessary hoops and time delays, particularly for a company attempting to operate as a start-up. 2. Post-Sales (Customer Success and Professional Services) leaders were hiring new team members just prior to a restructure. The newest employees were subsequently let go when the Leadership team decided to fully lean in on a new post sales model. This presents poor leadership and corporate planning. Not only was it poor planning, the layoffs occurred between Thanksgiving and Christmas with a head-shaking severance. Was the biggest spit in the face I'd ever seen in my career, and hope to ever see in my career. HR: HR is very transparent in their engagement that they are there to cover the business. They had little interest in the employees themselves. Totally understand that is their job, but they don't even have a facade of personal interest in employees. This was noticeable while employed and after the fact. Benefits: PTO is well below industry standard.

5 days in office unless at 100 percent quota then get 1 remote day, changing quota/commission requirements alittle too often

Pros

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
