Pros
Top of the line product. Clear market leader in unstructured data security and auditing. Very good training program with experienced coworkers helping you along every step of the way. Very fast promotion track, as I was promoted less than a year after starting. Other perks include the ability to work from home, fully stocked kitchen, and reimbursement of transportation/internet/phone bills.
Cons
Could use a better training environment as the current one only supports a few simultaneous users and is also used to certify partners which leads to scheduling issues.
