- Upper Level Management has dumped all of their problems onto the sales organization. - Management continues to raise the quota significantly every quarter. - Success is completely dependent on your territory. Some of the best employees in the office were fired for their underperformance in a territory that was near impossible to perform in. - Must hit 75% of your quota or you will not make commission on the sales made. - Micromanagement to the max. The make you send over morning and afternoon plans. Must describe what you are doing each hour!!! - primarily cold calling for bulk of day. - Company was decent a year or two ago but they are in a sink or swim environment in the cybersecurity market. Their performance is mostly driven by the sales organization so all of the responsibility is put onto lower level sales reps.
