I've been continually impressed by the camaraderie, skill level, and dedication of my team. Working alongside them has been both enriching and incredibly enjoyable. The leadership at Varonis is noteworthy. They're accessible and responsive, which is a rarity in many companies. It's evident they truly prioritize the well-being and growth of their employees. The engineering projects I've tackled have been fulfilling and demanding in the best way.
Cons
Even though my team is scattered all over the world and we don't get to see each other's faces as often as I'd like, it really speaks volumes about how Varonis values global talent and diversity. It's kind of cool to think we're part of a company that's so adaptive and influential on a global scale.
