If you perform well you will advance, but getting promoted to the next sales role quickly
Cons
Getting promoted from BD to closing role results in a decrease in total pay for 90%, they plan for this in entry and mid level sales roles for people to drop like flies or get fired for poor performance. The ones who exceed have about a 3 year wait to account exec role, where you’re selling the most expensive product on the market that companies just don’t want or need. Don’t work sales here, not sure about other departments.
