Pros
The people are great, everyone are working together towards the same goal and you don't feel like there's a competition between one another, I also feel that people are willing to help and give advice whether junior or senior. Senior management are very approachable and there's no actual feel of hierarchy. The offices are really nice and you get free snacks & drinks and in general you get lots of treats like branded merchandise and generous gifts.
Cons
The company will give you a fair chance/s to reach your target but if you consistently don't hit it, you're out.
