Pros
I have been on board for almost 5 months and I have found my experience so far to be excellent. Management in DC Metro is fantastic and I couldn't ask for more. Down to earth people with clear expectations and they treat me with respect. The company growth is taking off and we are poised for an amazing next few years. The product is continually being enhanced, is unique among any other technology in the market, there is clear direction/roadmap, and we do not grow by acquisition so incentives for salespeople are huge. We also have a phenomenal marketing and content team that does an incredible job at not only educating about who Varonis is and what we do, but also with positioning ourselves as subject matter experts through our knowledge-sharing resources (blog, webinars, whitepapers, etc.).
