Pros
Like every start up, you can get to learn with less pay. they have many verticals, so opportunities are there pretty much. Quite friendly people. Fun environment, my advice to anyone would be, keep yourself updated about whats going on in company. Keep asking questions and future plans. you have that right.
Cons
Lack of transparency, fluctuating rules regarding work days, my experience was good until my boss and the only Manager/CTO of company left the company and they did not have the courtesy to inform also. that justifies lack of transparency and i call it unprofessional when it comes to someone's career. It also clearly explained lack of planning, but as its a start up, ups and downs are a part of growth.
