Incompetent leadership. Constant change in objectives, Sales Planning software is not enterprise ready. They don’t use their own ICM solution internally, which is very telling. It’s so true that you should choose a company based on who you work for and your direct management team. I rate their overall ability to effectively lead the org 1 out of 5 stars
