Great company! They take care of their people in a family-like manner, not just their internal people but also their temporary staff. It makes me feel good to work for a company that takes pride in how they treat people.

No "cons" that I can think of but an improvement would be flex scheduling so we can reach people after they get off work.

They are a pretty close company and are very down to earth. They care about how their workers are feeling and are very accommodating.

I can't think of any.
