If you did not negotiate a good base salary you will never be paid equally to your peers, management has no power to change it and corporate won't. Overtime is so built into the culture everyone feels the need to work more and more for no more pay. Raises are non-competitive and not reflective of performance to talented professionals move on constantly leading to high turnover, which causes delays since training takes so long.
