Starting pay is fair and given 2 months of training before working on the floor
Cons
my co-worker who also worked at the front desk with me the entire 8 hour shift was awkward, unhelpful, rude, sarcastic, etc. so I was left in the dark when I first arrived on the floor after training. She didn't help nor gave me advice when I began my position.
