Great learning opportunity. Work on all aspects of deals as an intern. Work closely with associate level down.

Deal flow not super high due to economy.

Old Arian team + 'Arian' hires are good to work with.

Old school & outdated viewpoint CEO will openly say "I'm paying your salary!". Authoritarian leadership. Questionable C suite comprised of said CEO's friends and neighbours. No proper HR to turn to if you have a problem with senior staff members. Since management are all friends, makes it difficult for staff to turn anywhere if there is a problem. One particular member of the C suite is a sociopath and tormentor. High CFO turnover. High finance turnover. High back office turnover. A lot of long standing staff exits in short space of time. Individuals singled out and asked to come into office 4 days a week when other members of same team work remotely and from abroad weeks at a time. Haphazard and reactive approach to day to day operations. No career progression especially in back office. You will be doing the same job with no development. Long hours.
