      Pros

      Vanilla is a great company to work for, they really make employees feel appreciated and have a great company culture. Colleagues are wonderfully helpful and encouraging.

      Cons

      If you don't have a tech background (as I didn't) there will be a learning curve, but they're very supportive and understanding of the time it takes to become comfortable with the software.
