      The only pro about this job is when you go home at the end of the day.

      Cons

      Everything about the place is horrible from the board of directors to maintenance. I would give 0 stars but that isn't an option.

      Pros

      Work is not micromanaged. Control of daily schedule. Helping home-owners who have been affected by a natural disaster. Good pay! Away from family for long periods (weeks or even months) of time.

      Cons

      Training is minimal. You have to figure things out on your own in many instances. No hand holding!
