First class organization! I am in my first week so this review is about the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process. Paul Smith did a great job as the recruiter who reached out to me on LinkedIn. Throughout the process he was always available when I would email or shoot a quick DM on LinkedIn (Big Thanks!). The interview process was a Zoom call for interview #1 and an in person interview for interview #2 that included a tour of the facility that the company owns and operates. This is also the location that Valuetainment records the PBD podcast at. It's a fun atmosphere, the culture is larger than life like the founder Patrick Bet-David! He was nice enough to take time to meet with us on our first day, for some personal conversation and a warm handshake. Keep in mind this is a very busy man who is connected at the highest level of influence worldwide. The training is a 30 day process that will challenge you and push you to become the best version of yourself! We believe in hard work and this is a GROWTH focused organization.
