Pros

I started off with Valtech and Valtech Mobility early 2024 as an intern and as a 2024 engineering graduate I was able to hit the ground running. My team at Valtech also ensured that they gave me the right space, motivation and resources to keep me running. It's been over a year at this organisation and I could say it can't get better than this. There are multiple factors that solidify this view: - Mentoring: Ashish Thomas runs a pretty tight ship as the senior director of the Connected Experience Practice. I've had the opportunity to interact with him multiple hours a week(which is very rare due to his role in the organisation) but he ensures to spend the time required to provide the right guidance at the right points in time. - Opportunities: As an intern I was given the opportunity to do the initial R&D for an idea that later went on to become a big project and I was trusted every step of the way to guide the team. As part of projects here, there is great opportunity to collaborate with cross-cultural teams as teams here comprise of people from India and overseas.

Cons

Most teams are High Performance Teams which needs a specific learning mindset to take feedback and cope up with the role and responsibilities. This might technically not be a con but needs to be kept in mind.

Pros

The work culture here is truly exceptional. I had the opportunity to collaborate with German teams who strongly emphasized maintaining a healthy work-life balance for all team members. During my time with the organization, I worked on multiple automotive platforms as well as internal POC initiatives, which helped me expand my skills and gain diverse experience. One of the most memorable highlights was getting the chance to travel to Germany for PI planning. The team was incredibly supportive and even allowed me the flexibility to take a week off to explore Europe while I was on-site. Overall, I’m grateful for the trust, learning opportunities, and global exposure I received. It was a great journey!

Cons

4 days WFO per week - if you are on probation or on notice period
