Pros
This is a great tech start-up with a group of talented, smart, and results-oriented individuals. Like one of the comments mentioned, they set a relatively high bar for interviews, so you get to work with people who are just focused on products and growth. It’s a great opportunity to experiment with new technology and new processes without feeling pressure from seniors. I've got a lot of freedom to do things my own way. Peers and managers are very open-minded and willing to take suggestions. The working culture is awesome. Everyone is just doing their best to make the product serve businesses better. What I especially enjoyed about working here is that nobody talks nonsense and everyone is very tech-savvy so that you have lots of opportunities to learn and grow.
