Pros
1. When the company was known as Mozanta, everything went smoothly, and the culture also was excellent. 2. Salary will be paid on the last working day of every month.
Cons
1. The 4.8-star ratings you see on Glassdoor are entirely based on Mozanta's quality, not Valoriz. 2. In the yearly appraisal meeting, you should aim for a rating above 3.4. otherwise, you will not receive salary hike. If your rating is below Three, you will be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for 3 months. 3. Last month, they forcefully asked nearly 25 employees to leave the company due to performance issues. 4. There are enough leaves available, but only 4 can be taken per quarter.
