      Good Community, great boss, loved the literature curriculum

      Cons

      Lots of little added duties that pile up. Be prepared to work lots of outside contract hours for minimal pay.

      Pros

      Great curriculum, supportive families, good teachers. Valor strives to create community and friendships among its teachers.

      Cons

      School grew much and so rapidly that it is still digesting the growth. Classrooms are quite full. Like many charter schools, pay is below average.
