Unresponsive - Business Development Valley Distribution Employee Review

Sadly this is a one of those companies that has an owner that is a very poor judge character when it comes to the leaders he puts in very important positions within his company. They suffer greatly in response, inventory and resources. Far to many of the long time employees are simply to satisfied with subpar performance and response to external employees who need tools and resources to grow the business. Way too many chiefs with poor performance.
