We are currently understaffed and can't accomplish all our goals.

Medical and retirement benefits are the only thing good about this company.

Admin staff have unethical business practices against employees. They apply discipilinary actions based solely on personal (non-work related] issues with employees and create a hostile working environment by not allowing employees to talk to each other and writing them up if they're met with disagreements. They are biased against veterans and will skip applicants with a military history. They keep their unethical practices verbal so as to not have it documented and will find a way to get rid of employees if they don't personally like them. They expect employee loyalty but will toss them out at the first sign of a disagreement. Witnessing and hearing what is said behind closed doors makes me feel so uncomfortable working for them. Working on making an exit as soon as I can find a new job,
