      Pros

      I like everyone I work with. Very understanding managers they do their best to make sure there is a work/life balance.

      Cons

      Training is terrible, understaffed alot so you are asked to go cover at other branches.

      Pros

      - Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

      Cons

      The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.
