As in the past, Valid' current footprint in the Dutch market has ample room for growth in the outtasking and cloudsourcing space. It must strengthen its marketing and branding as it has not yet managed to increase the visibility of their competencies outside key and strategic accounts. Also the company is missing a strategic vision, pro-active approach in service development and a experienced sales force who can sell solutions and consultancy in a consultative way. The consultancy business is mostly focused an working hours instead of developing the people and keeping them happy. Therefore the last 2 years many good and expierenced people have left the company. The company looks nice from the outside but from the inside, and you only see this when you work there for some months, the company is in a bad shape! They will have some hard times for the next couple of years and the financial situation is also not that good.
