      friendly work environment with good people

      Poor management; High turnover rate from employees voluntarily seeking other employment and layoffs, Company strategy isn't unified and goals between departments are somewhat disjointed which significantly hinders the company's success as a whole.

      Pros

      Devoted people, large company, complex projects

      Cons

      Work moving to Mexico and Canada. Very little to US location. Work in US for appearances only and limited time. People leaving on own after many long years and forced to go. Company not interested in US location and looking to dump the big building in Auburn Hills location. Have to watch over your back. No trust.
