No cons this place is the bomb

I can't say any pros because I really did not get to work here. My experience is as an applicant to a job that was ideal for me and I was overqualified for, but it was close to home and I thought they could use my upbeat, fun personality so I did not mind the paycheck cut. I can say their webpage is nice. Their copywriter is polite and follows orders.

When a creative applies to a job, and says " I need this job to feed my kids and dogs" instead of blocking this person, like a heartless, mad team, you should have perhaps thought, it was a joke. You are too serious to be a creative agency for marketing and advertising and moreover if you have zero sense of humor or sarcasm. Did you know? It's all about connecting to your customers in a genuine way? That's what I do. I'm genuine. There's not one fake bone in my body and that's why I'm successful at what I do.
