The CEO is alarmingly controlling, imposing unwanted religious rituals on all staff members. The software is notoriously unreliable, and the company routinely falsifies customer reports, eroding any sense of trust or credibility. Every promise made is laced with deception, and the culture is dominated by malicious individuals who thrive on chaos. Employees are exploited with no salary, micromanaged, forced into relentless overtime without consideration for their well-being. There’s a disturbing effort to indoctrinate staff, coercing them to conform to bizarre beliefs and dietary practices against their will. Underneath it all, the company engages in dubious activities, hiring undocumented individuals and participating in suspicious financial dealings. Any attempt to question these practices is met with threats and blackmail, creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation. This place is a career graveyard, where hope and ambition go to die.
