Open to hearing and implementing new ideas which is necessary for a tech company.

All jobs were remote Pay was good Bonus was good

I like hands off management but this company way too hands off. They throw you into the thick of things without assistance/direction. Management was barely involved in the day to day however wanted to implement rules that didn't make sense
