11moThank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and more importantly, for your 10 years of service with Valet Living. It’s clear from your message that the recent changes have been challenging, and we want you to know your concerns are heard.
These updates to our Operations management structure were made with careful consideration and are part of a broader effort to better position our teams for long-term success. As part of a broader effort to enhance our service model and increase efficiency, these adjustments are designed to better align with client expectations while supporting long-term growth. We’ve adjusted responsibilities and expanded centralized support to help our field teams stay focused on delivering quality service to the communities we serve.
We also want to clarify that the move to reinforce our overnight service model was based on our standard hours of operation and isn’t intended to misrepresent the work our teams have always done. We hear your concern about messaging and transparency and will continue to reinforce clearer communication moving forward.
We know there’s still work to do, and we’re committed to making thoughtful, long-term decisions that support both our associates and the residents we serve. Your voice matters in that process.
