11moThank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that change is difficult, and we appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. The recent shift for Area Leaders was carefully planned and is being balanced by removing several responsibilities that were previously part of the role, many of which have been transitioned to centralized support teams. This shift is designed to allow our leaders to focus more on field execution and less on administrative tasks.
We also made the decision to move from a split shift to a consistent nightly schedule to better align with our service hours and to create more stability and work/life balance for our associates. That said, we know challenges still arise during the day, and we're continuing to work through those as a team to ensure proper resource coverage and timely support when issues come up.
