      Pros

      Hours start at 7pm that gives you time to work a regular or other part time jobs before and after the service days of Sunday-Thursday nights.

      Cons

      Doesn’t matter how fast a complex is finished it is still the same hourly as well as you are obligated to finishing 100 apartment doors within a hour.. doesn’t matter if your complex has stairs or not or is more difficult or less they still enforce this over you to how they want it done.

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
