You noted a few positives that we hear often from our associates, including the health benefits due to the physical nature of the work. The Service Valet is definitely a physically demanding job, and not for everyone. Working in the rain, snow, or other inclement weather conditions is never ideal but comes with the territory and our residents greatly appreciate the work our associates do.
