      Team morale is high. Everyone works at a team and truly wants you to be successful. Leadership is very down to earth and treats everyone as valued.

      Longer sales cycle than I was used to.

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
